Banbridge Evening Rock Choir

If you are wanting to learn to sing you’ll like singing with us in the Rock Choir.

The local Banbridge choir is run by choir leader Beth McNally. You’ve probably heard of our mysterious choir flash mobs around the country for Comic Relief, our sell-out performances at venues like the O2 or our hit ITV documentary, but at Rock Choir we know it’s not just about the unique huge events, it’s about our choir members singing in the community. Join your local Banbridge Rock Choir to become part of this ‘national phenomenon’ (as described in the Sunday Times) and discover a whole new world of opportunities to join a choir near you and meet people.

Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at the O2 arena (which we’ve done!), there’s a place for you in the Banbridge Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Banbridge choir members recommend their friends!

Here is a quote about our choir – ‘Being part of the choir has given me a wonderful opportunity to belong to a fantastic venture into the world of contemporary music and given me a new lease of life. Singing in the choir is a much better ‘pick-me-up’ than any anti-depressant tablet prescribed by a doctor. I come away after the weekly choir session with the best feeling ever and the companionship with fellow members is something money can’t buy.’ – Janet (Rock Choir member)

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon ‘Big Heart’ Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
