What type of choir are we?

We have a repertoire from various music genres . We do not ask that you read can music.

Who are we for?

We are a mixed age range mixed gender choir.

Where do we rehearse?

St Andrew’s Primary School, Hawley Road, Falkirk FK1 1SH

When do we rehearse?

Monday, 7.30 – 9.30pm (with a 15min tea break!)

Do we ask you to audition?

No. We do not ask you to audition for the choir.

Are we a competitive choir?

No. We do not enter choral competitions.

What about concerts & performances?

Yes. We do perform live. 3. Annual spring concert – April/May each year; ‘Bairn’s Christmas’ Concert – end of December; One or two charity concerts in local venues throughout the year.. Concerts are generally ticketed.

How many members are in the choir?

We have 65 members in the choir.

For us, the singing started when the choir was founded in 1924. We are members of Falkirk and District Arts and Civic Council.
