Are you looking to join a choir?

Your friendly local Portstewart choir is run by singer/pianist Jonathan Bailie. We support a number of local good causes, raising money and awareness around Londonderry and as a choir we also join up with the other choirs near us to sing to support national charities such as Missing People and both Comic and Sport Relief with flash mobs, fundraising events and gigs.

Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Jonathan tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with them about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 19 years experience giving members of the public who are new to community singing the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music.

**STOP PRESS** The world’s largest contemporary choir, Rock Choir, is gearing up to release not one, but two sensational singles in the official charts as the nation begins its countdown to Christmas. Both tracks will be released on the 6th December.

The first single, ‘Hallelujah’, features the Creator of Rock Choir, Caroline Redman Lusher, as the soloist. Her powerhouse vocals are accompanied by the dynamic, harmonious vocals of over 6,000 Rock Choir members. The accompanying video showcases emotional and striking footage of more than 3,000 Rock Choir members across the UK, capturing the joy and emotion of being part of the nation’s favourite choir experience. This uplifting video is a heartfelt celebration of the life-changing and transformative power of Rock Choir. The second single is the festive classic ‘What Christmas Means to Me’ by Stevie Wonder.
