What type of choir are we?

We sing a repertoire across various music genres . We do not ask that you read can music.

Who are we for?

We are an adult mixed gender choir.

Where do we rehearse?

St George’s Church Hall, Fountain Place (Off London Road South), Poynton, Cheshire SK12 1NH

When do we rehearse?

Monday, 2.00 – 3.3pm

Do we ask you to audition?

No. We do not ask you to audition for the choir.

Are we a competitive choir?

No. We do not enter choral competitions.

What about concerts & performances?

Yes. We do perform live. On average, two a year. Christmas and Summer. Concerts are generally ticketed.

How many members are in the choir?

We have 90 members in the choir.

Our choral group was founded in 2009. We are members of Cantata Music Education.
