The Sudbury Rock Choir is led by vocal teacher Lee Birnie. The choir is for all ages and all the local Suffolk branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible gigs like the 9,500 seat Liverpool Arena and Guinness World Record attempts (The Rock Choir members have got 3 world records and even had personal certificates arranged for them) and community events too like the local Suffolk music and food festivals.

Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! – for the ITV1 documentary ‘The Choir that Rocks’), there’s a place for you in the Sudbury Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see why the Sudbury choir members recommend their friends!

**STOP PRESS** Rock Choir, the largest contemporary choir in the world is set to release their brand-new single ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ on Friday 21st March. The single features the Founder of Rock Choir, Caroline Redman Lusher along with the voices of over 6000 Rock Choir Members.

The single will be performed for the first time on national TV on the day of release and broadcast to the entire nation on BBC1 as part of the Comic Relief ‘Red Nose Day’ show. This will be the biggest choir performance the show has ever hosted and will be an emotional and poignant moment with a few surprises thrown in!

The track, which was originally performed by Keane was recorded over several months when it was performed by Rock Choir Members in the audience of a recent sold-out theatre tour which toured across the UK in 2024 led by Caroline and The Rock Choir Vocal Group. The audience became part of the show and enjoyed a fully interactive singing concert experience.
