What type of choir are we?
We sing a repertoire of various music genres . We do not ask that you read can music.
Who are we for?
We are an any age male voice choir choir.
Where do we rehearse?
Busy Bees Hall, Park Street, Blaenavon
When do we rehearse?
Tue/Thu – 7.30 – 9.30pm
Do we ask you to audition?
Yes. We do ask you to audition for the choir.
Are we a competitive choir?
Yes. We do enter choral competitions.
What about concerts & performances?
Yes. We do perform. Approx’ 20 per year. During the whole year – the choir performs at concerts / weddings and other functions and have also been filmed on many occassions for television. Competitions are also undertaken.. Concerts are both ticketed and given free.
How many members are in the choir?
We have 55 members in the choir.

For us, the singing started when the choir was founded in 1910. We are members of National Association of Choirs.
