What type of choir are we?

We have a repertoire across various music genres . We do not ask that you read music.

Who are we for?

We are an adult mixed gender choir.

Where do we rehearse?

Council Chambers, Council Headquarters, Almada Street, Hamilton ML3

When do we rehearse?

Wednesday, 12.30 – 1.3pm

Do we ask you to audition?

No. We do not ask you to audition to sing with us.

Are we a competitive choir?

No. We do not enter choral competitions.

What about concerts & performances?

Yes. We do perform concerts. Varies. Christmas and a fundraiser usually around August. Concerts are both ticketed and given free.

How many members are in the choir?

We have 40 members in the choir.

We are led by Laura Gaddis. Mostly aimed at workers or ex employees of South Lanarkshire but open to having anyone who is interested in coming along. Check us out at http://www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk

Our choral group was founded in 2012.
