Your local Bangor choir is run by choir leader Paddy Anderson. We support a number of local charities, raising money and awareness around and as a choir we also join up with the other choirs near us to sing to support national charities such as Sign2sing, British Airways Flying Start and the Edinburgh and London Moonwalk’s with flash mobs, fundraising events and concerts.

If you find yourself racing through the week with no time for yourself, or struggling to meet new people in Bangor, then joining your local social singing group could be right for you. With our unique, no-pressure approach to teaching and fun, uplifting arrangements of your favorite hit songs Paddy will guide you through your weekly dose of music, fun and laughter.

**STOP PRESS** Rock Choir, the largest contemporary choir in the world is set to release their brand-new single ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ on Friday 21st March. The single features the Founder of Rock Choir, Caroline Redman Lusher along with the voices of over 6000 Rock Choir Members.

The single will be performed for the first time on national TV on the day of release and broadcast to the entire nation on BBC1 as part of the Comic Relief ‘Red Nose Day’ show. This will be the biggest choir performance the show has ever hosted and will be an emotional and poignant moment with a few surprises thrown in!

The track, which was originally performed by Keane was recorded over several months when it was performed by Rock Choir Members in the audience of a recent sold-out theatre tour which toured across the UK in 2024 led by Caroline and The Rock Choir Vocal Group. The audience became part of the show and enjoyed a fully interactive singing concert experience.
